On the day of departure we would like to ask you to…
…Collect the bed linen and towels in the bag and place them in the hallway of the cottage.

…Open the windows in your cottage on the ventilation position.
…Leave your cottage before 10:00. You don’t have to hand in your bracelets until you leave the park. This is possible in the designated box at the exit of the park.

On behalf of our entire Housekeeping Team.
On the terraces of the VIP cottages you will find a stone barbecue. The grill can be found in the storage room of the cottage. We ask you to put the grill back clean in the storage room after use.
The Comfort and Premium cottages are not provided with a barbecue. For a small amount you can buy one in the Foodstore. You can also buy charcoal and firelighters here. It is only allowed to use charcoal in the barbecue (no wood).
In some cottages you will find a bubble bath in the bathroom. It can be used in the following way:
Make sure the bath is filled at least ¾ .
The whirlpool function is activated by the gray round tip button on the bath rim near the tap.
The following description applies to models with a control panel as pictured below:
Changing a current program: If a wrong program has been selected, it can be changed, if it has only just started: open the door (watch out for HOT steam!), Keep the ON/OFF button pressed, the machine switches off. Switch the machine back on with the ON/OFF button and select the new washing program and any desired options; start the washing program by closing the door.
Adding extra dishes: Without switching off the machine, open the door (watch out for HOT steam!) And place the dishes in the dishwasher. Close the door and the program starts from the point where it was interrupted.
We advise you to switch the hood on a few minutes before cooking and to switch it off again no earlier than 5 minutes after cooking.
To prevent chimney fires, you are only allowed to use the pressed fireplace blocks which are for sale in the Daily Foodstore.
These blocks are easy to light and give almost no waste. First remove the plastic from the blocks and break them into pieces.
The valve above the door serves as an air supply. If the valve is facing you, it is closed. When the valve is at the back, the air supply is open.
The fireplace grate can be lifted to remove and empty the ash collector.
In the other cottage types there is no controllable air supply. The air supply is then automatically regulated.

Microwave function
Turn on the microwave by this button
Turn the rotary button and select the following icon on the left display:
Then press the center of the dial. The right display now lights up.
When you have set the desired wattage, press the center of the rotary button again. You can now set the desired time using the rotary selector.
Then you can press start and the microwave will start.
Hot air function
To prepare dishes in a way that is very close to using a traditional oven.
Preheating:
Turn the rotary button and select the following icon on the left display:
Then press the rotary button twice. The right display lights up. You can now set the temperature by turning the rotary button. Then press the rotary button again.
The text PRE- flashes in the right display. A buzzer will sound when the target temperature is reached.
You can now place the product on the rack in the oven.
Press start:
Use the rotary selector to set the desired duration.
When the hot air function is ready, the appliance can perform a cooling down procedure. The text COOL ON then appears on the right display. After this procedure, the oven switches off automatically.
If you want to use the hot air function again immediately, press and hold the on / off button for 2 seconds.
You can then press the start button again and use the rotary selector to reset the time.
Lock
If you see the image above on the screen, the keyboard is locked. You can unlock it by pressing the button for at least 5 seconds.
A short press turns the radio on / off. A long press puts the radio into sleep mode.
>> A short press starts the manual channel search. A long press starts the automatic channel search.
+ / – Allows you to control the volume.
1 / 2 A short press calls up a stored station. A long press stores a station.
In the wardrobe of one of the bedrooms you can find a safe.
We recommend that you use this locker for your valuables.

Locking the safe:

Use the * key as backspace to clear the last digit
Opening the safe:
The door to the safe must be open. If this is not the case, or if it is open but with the lock on (see photo), please report this by phone or via Whatsapp.
Please note: Leave the safe with the door open again at the end of your stay.
The sauna can be operated by the control panel on the outside.
The lighting can be switched on / off with the right orange switch.
The right rotary button operates the thermo elements. You should set this to position 3 maximum.
Use the left rotary button to set the duration. The sauna switches off automatically after the set time has elapsed.
The control panel is located on the sauna stove (bottom right).
The left rotary button is the temperature control.
The right rotary button is the timer. If you turn this switch completely, the sauna will only switch on after 2 hours! Do not turn this button beyond 4. After 4, it serves as a pre-timer.
Please note: When using the sauna you should take the following points into account.
In these cottages you will find a Soundbar at the TV in the living room.
The soundbar can be used as a wireless bluetooth speaker for the TV, mobile phone, tablet or laptop. The soundbar does not contain a radio function.
With the “source” button on the device you can change the source to which you want to connect the soundbar.
The heating in thecottages function via a thermostat. The thermostat is usually located on the wall in the living room. The radiators should then be turned open in the desired areas.
Our cottages do not have air conditioning.
You can set the desired temperature via the + and – button. Touching is sufficient for this. The set temperature is displayed when the buttons are touched. The current temperature will be visible after 3 seconds. The thermostat has a motion sensor. This will cause the thermostat to reset itself in your absence (after 2 hours). If the thermostat does not detect light, it will switch back more quickly. A lower temperature will also be used automatically at night.
The maximum temperature is 24 degrees.

Waste paper: Dry paper, newspapers, magazines, cardboard, etc.
PMD: Plastic bottles and containers, Metal packaging and Drinks cartons.
Glass: Bottles, glass jars, etc.
Batteries: Staff at the Reception will be pleased to take your empty batteries.
The waste containers are situated in the direct vicinity of your cottage. You can also find them on the map of the village.

Friends gift
If your booking includes a Friends gift, you can pick it up in the Shop & Smile store.
Information
We are available 24 hours a day to provide information under telephone number +31 (0) 485-49 67 00. You can also obtain information about the park and its surroundings from our Reception. We are also active on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. Of course you can always download the free Center Parcs app.
Jungle Dome
With your wristband you can also visit our Jungle Dome. For the current opening hours, please refer to the Center Parcs app. To close the locker in the Jungle Dome you can also use the wristband.
Laundry service
Het Heijderbos has a laundry service from monday up to and including friday. You can buy a laundry bag of 2 kg (€7.95) or 4 kg (€14.95) at the reception. When you report the laundry before 12 a.m. then it will be picked up from your cottage the same day and returned clean. Reports after 12 a.m. will be processed the next day.
Lost and found
Have you lost something? If our employees or our guests find something, it will be collected. Ask our reception staff or call the lost and found department. They can be reached on Monday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The phone number is +31 (0) 485-49 67 17.
Mail
Are you expecting mail? Mail can be obtained from our Reception. Outgoing mail can also be sent from our reception.
Noise disturbance
If you are experiencing noise disturbance, you can contact our staff at the Guest Service on telephone number +31 (0) 485 49 68 52. During opening hours of the reception an employee will also be happy to help you.
On the day of departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your cottage before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Please hand in your wristbands at the reception or deposit them in the designated box at the exit of the park. We would be delighted if you spent your last day with us in the village.
To make the cleaning process more efficient, please put your bed sheets and towels in the plastic bag and leave them in the hallway of your cottage.
Please leave the cottage tidy, empty the dishwasher, and take the trash to the appropriate containers. Don’t forget to look underneath the bed so you will not forget anything. If you want to leave early; the barriers open at 7 a.m.

In addition to a short holiday, Het Heijderbos is also a great location to celebrate a party. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Market dome. They are allowed in the Action Factory and in the Old Barn & Bowling. As a precaution for other guests, your pet should wear a flea collar and be on a leash at the village. Dog toilets are indicated on the park map.
Restaurant reservations/ Table-cooking
We advise you to reserve for dinner. You can reserve your table at the Food & Drinks Info Point in the Market Dome, or by phone +31 (0) 6- 21 57 38 82 or through the Center Parcs APP. You can also book all table cooking packages at the Food & Drinks Info Point or in the Daily Foodstore. For questions about the delivery please call +31 (0) 485-49 67 60. This number is not intended for making orders, that is only possible on the spot.
Safe
On the inside of the bedroom wardrobe you will find the manual of the safe. The safe door must be open. If this is not the case, please report this at our reception or through our reporting point for malfunctions: +31 (0) 485 49 68 00.
PLEASE NOTE:
We request that you leave the safe with the door open again at the end of your stay.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. All our cottages are non-smoking.

Wheelchair accessibility
The Aqua Mundo is easily accessible for wheelchairs. There is a special entrance which can be opened for you by pushing a button at the entrance. There is a large dressing room, an adjusted toilet and a slope at the pool, please call one of the employees. The Hot Whirlpool and the outdoor pool can not be reached with a wheelchair.
WiFi
There is wireless internet access in the cottage. Basic WIFI is free. You can buy premium WIFI tickets from KPN at the reception.

What does KPN HotSpots do for safety?
KPN HotSpots traffic is handled differently compared to its own WiFi connection: public traffic is handled through a separate network. Furthermore, all actions on the portal (both logging in and paying) are https secured. People who are connected to the same HotSpots network cannot see each other. And incoming traffic to your device (initiated from the outside) is not allowed by KPN HotSpots. In addition, we regularly test the security of the portal.
